Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, but our processing bank requires the credit card's billing address for address verification purposes. Address Verification is a major asset in the prevention of credit card fraud. If you would like a package to go somewhere besides the credit card's billing address, please include both addresses.

How do I place a gift order?

When you check out, you will be presented with an option that allows you to fill in your billing address and a separate shipping address. If you would like to include a sentiment you can do so while checking out, and we will send the sentiment along with your gift.

What are your shipping rates and policies?

SportDesigns.com can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are added into the final price of your order. All items stocked at our warehouse will ship within one business day and typically all in-stock orders received before 12:00 PM (Eastern) will ship the same day.

SportDesigns.com uses Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service as our standard shipping option for the United States. Please include a valid postal address with your order. Orders in the United States typically reach their destinations in 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

We are now also offering U.S. Postal Service Express Mail as a delivery option for United States customers. This service from the Postal Service reaches most locations in one day and others in two. Due to the much higher price, we suggest that most customers use our standard U.S. Priority Mail shipping. However, if you need overnight or second-day delivery, you are welcome to choose the Express Mail option.

For shipments to Canada, we are now required to confirm delivery of all packages. Because of this requirement, we will be using Global Express Mail. The good news is that packages should reach their Canadian destinations quickly. The bad news is that it is significantly more expensive than our previous Canadian shipping option. We apologize to our Canadian customers for the added expense, but we hope that the quicker delivery time will be beneficial to you.

We automatically email a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. These will include your delivery confirmation number from the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation from the USPS does not provided end-to-end tracking, but you will be able to see that your package is en route. You can also obtain delivery confirmation numbers by logging into My Account.

Canada and US Express Mail packages will now receive tracking numbers for their packages that can also be checked at the USPS website or by logging into My Account.
