Do you have a merchandise catalog?

We do not print a catalog. All products that we have available are listed online. If you have concerns about placing an order over the Internet, please feel free to mail in an order with check/money order payment.

Do you provide jersey customization?

We expect that some NCAA teams will soon approove a process which will allow us to offer jersey customization. Certain name and number combinations (for example - active collegiate players) can not be used on customized apparel.

How do I find the product I am looking for?

You can browse using the options in the directory on the left side of the page or, if you know what item you are looking for, you can also use the search function located on every page..

How do I place an order?

To order, simply choose the quantity and size and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. Follow the same steps again to add additional items.

You will choose your shipping method during the checkout process.

I can't find the item/size I am looking for, help!

Unfortunately, if an item or size is no longer listed on the site, then we do not have that product or size available for sale. Some items might be re-ordered, but typically we replace sold-out items with new styles.

I just bought an item and now it is listed for less

Sorry, but we do not offer refunds in this situation. Like any retailer, SportDesigns.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, including marking items down to clearance prices or offering sales or special promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference: you will only be charged the amount you agreed to pay when you placed your order.

What is a Pre-Order Item?

Pre-Order items are items that are not currently in stock, but are available for advance purchase on our site. A pre-order item is shipped to you once it is in stock. Typically, we include the anticipated in-stock date on the page that you place your order from. You will be notified of the status of your Pre-Order item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until the day it is shipped to you. While we list the anticipated ship date, please be aware that we have no control over the shipping date of our manufacturers. We base our shipping information on the ship date that they provide to us.

Please note: the date we list on the product page is when the item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when it is expected to reach its final destination. After it leaves our destination, delivery times will vary based upon the shipping date selected by the shopper.

Typically Pre-Order items are postseason Tournament items. Although, we reserve the right to offer any item as a Pre-order item, especially if we expect it will be an item that sells quickly.

Special Items are items that are ordered for a special event or are items that we carry for our clients at their cost. These items are handled like Pre-Order items, since we do not typically purchase special order items on our own. Special order items include media guides and other promotional items from out clients.
